The new R-M Brand Center: A space dedicated to color trends and design

The R-M Refinish Competence Center represents the new R-M premium brand center as a platform of excellence and demonstrating its strong partnership spirit. A new transparent, luminous glass space is especially dedicated to the latest color trends, exhibiting concept cars, new car models as well as design themes.


Before entering the new Refinish Competence Center, R-M provides visitors and customers with a vision beyond paint: color, shape and design, by exhibiting new car models, design themes or concept cars. R-M has a close relationship with car manufacturers, autodesign students and schools, enabling them to exhibit their latest products. This space can be illuminated in different colors and accommodates events, theme exhibitions on color or show-cars like the Peugeot concept car, matt-finished in ONYX HD, which can be admired from every angle in this space. Five cubes designed by students in the “product design and innovation” section of the Compiègne University of Technology, enable the objects exhibited to be highlighted thanks to led lighting and rotating stands. Small car models were exhibited which were prepared and painted by students of theSchoolofCreationand Design Créapole inParis. “We work in close collaboration with young students who work in color and design, which enables us to see and meet their vision beyond paint in a different way”, stated Gesine Arend-Heidbrinck, R-M Brand Communications Manager.
